I personally think that the video (or short film, rather) doesn't present anything entirely new, albeit things and the issues presented have evolved in a newer form.

The world has been literally this way ever since the old times. Besides, using the internet is just another way of distracting ourselves from our mundane, dreadful lives. I'm not saying that we shouldn't take action on what's happening, but you get the idea that old people or older generations always think that their times were better, just because they're doing things in a more complicated way. Not to generalize but they always seem to hate the fad. Just imagine when the first wheel was invented. Old people: "Oh, I used to carry this rock with my bare arms, look at how better I am than you because you're doing things easier! You don't even know how to lift a rock!"

Thing is, this video is good, it has a wake-up call, but as for me--well, I find it boring. As I have said, it's always been this way. We humans never learn, and history just keeps on repeating itself. The Earth would be a nicer place though if we would fade away to the oblivion because of our own misdeeds.

I don't think that Digital Culture is entirely harmful or bad. The video only highlighted its bad qualities, but what about the good ones? Such an injustice--come on, we're also using a digital platform right here.

A wake up call that we are being manipulated by those digital. That because of it we don't notice a lot of things that requires attention because instead of reality are focus was only on a virtual world.

Sometimes I do think it it it was bad but I also agree that they don't understand the culture we have right now.
